Shipping Policy

Where is my order?

  • Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number along with all other relevant information. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will be notified that your order has been shipped and you will also be provided with a tracking number for your order. From there you will be able to track your order and when it will be delivered.

Lost and damaged packages

  •  Once we ship your package we are no longer held responsible, so in the case that a shipment is lost/stolen or damaged it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim through the shipping company as they are responsible for the claim and locating lost/stolen packages.

When is my order getting shipped?

  •  The processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days. Once we have processed and fulfilled your order, we will send an email to the email address provided with your tracking information and any other relevant details. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to our shipping partners, we are not in charge nor are we responsible for any delays or changes in estimated delivery dates. We strive to get our orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my order?

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5-10 business days. It takes 2-3 days to process your order and 3-7 days for your order to be delivered.

  • We ship nationally as well as internationally, shipping prices may vary for our international customers.
