Refund Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. If we do a pre-order release you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are available for products that are in stock only. Please contact us via email if you have any questions or want to inquire about an exchange. When exchanging an item, the item must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting a confirmation from us and the correct return address. The only items that can be returned are items that are shown to be defective or damaged within 7 days of the arrival of delivery.
Order Cancellations
We apologize if any orders are cancelled, however if any orders are cancelled an email will be sent explaining why the order was cancelled. Some reasons your order may have been cancelled include but are not limited to:
- Your order is what our team considers to be a high-risk order meaning that there was a problem with your payment (Examples: The shipping and billing address provided do not match, the payment information entered is incorrect, or you’ve tried a high volume of transactions in a short space of time.)
- All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received, this may result in an item selling out before we can process the order which unfortunately requires us to cancel your order and issue you a refund.
All orders that are cancelled will receive a full refund in 3-7 business days to the original payment that was used.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
